COBISS/OPAC
Co-operative Online Bibliographic Information System and Services is a shared catalogue of Slovenian libraries with public access via the Internet (OPAC – Online Public Access Catalogue). It contains the data on registered book editions, periodicals and other published material accessible to the users of the libraries in Slovenia. COBISS system is maintained by Institute of Information Science (IZUM) from Maribor.

SICRIS
Data base of the profiles of investigators, registered at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Slovenia, providing also the data on on-going and completed research projects, on project teams and other information. SICRIS is maintained by Institute of Information Science (IZUM) from Maribor.

Personal Bibliographies/COBISS
COBISS system of services offers the possibility of extracting, printing or e-mailing personal bibliographies researchers who are registered with the Slovenian Research Agency (ARRS) and identified with the researcher’s code, and of other authors who are identified with the evidence code, given to them by IZUM.

Biomedicina Slovenica
Data base of all biomedical publications by Slovenian authors. The data base is maintained by the Institute of Biomedical Information at the Medical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana. Biomedicina Slovenica includes the data from 1986 onwards.

Web of Science
A specialized bibliometric data base on the authors whose articles have been appearing in 7200 scientific journals included into the data base of the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI).

PubMed
A user-friendly search engine in one of the largest, richest and most frequently visited medical data base Medline containing the publications on medicine, biomedicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, biology and chemistry. Medline includes bibliographical data with abstracts of the articles from 1964 onwards; earlier articles, published before 1964, have no abstracts and are kept in a special collection OldMedline that may be accessed also via the search interface PubMed. 

Cancerlit (Literature on cancer accessible on PubMed)
A segment or sub-collection of all publication on cancer and cancer-related diseases covered by Medline.

CancerNet
A specialized portal of American National Cancer Institute supplying the users with valuable information on oncology for medical community as well as lay people.

PDQ (Physician Data Query) 
A special sub-collection of on the portal of American National Cancer Institute providing the most recent data on cancer diseases, their treatment, follow-up, prevention, genetic factors, supportive care and clinical studies.

Register zdravil RS (Drug Registry of Republic of Slovenia)A digital version of a well-known yearly publication on all drugs that are available in the pharmacies in Slovenia, i.e. the drugs registered in the Republic of Slovenia and the drugs from plant extracts.
