Maja Ramuš is responsible for financial management and administration of scientific research programs and projects, internal projects, and young researchers, which are funded by the Public Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation of the Republic of Slovenia and the Ministry of Health. 
In addition to financial oversight and reporting, she provides support to researchers in applying for new projects and ensures the smooth execution of projects. Her work also includes professional tasks in the areas of legislation, office operations, administration, and organization.
