Vijoleta Kaluža is responsible for the financial management of scientific research programs and projects, internal projects, and young researchers, which are financed by the Public Agency for Research Activities of the Republic of Slovenia and the Ministry of Health. In her role, she collaborates in the organization and coordination of work, planning financial resources, and preparing and monitoring financial plans.Her role also includes the preparation of plans and reports, providing professional administrative support to researchers, and other tasks related to legislation, office operations, and the effective implementation of research programs and projects.
