Veronika Škrjanc is a young researcher at the Department of Experimental Oncology at the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana, where she focuses on studying circulating tumor cells (CTCs). Her research work is aimed at the role of CTCs in metastasis, for which she is developing a preclinical model to gain a deeper understanding of these processes.
